Midway Village is a 150 unit housing complex located in Daly City, owned and operated by the Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo.

The Housing Authority worked with K2A to create a new community center for the development. The adaptive reuse and expansion of a former laundry building is repurposed into a new community building that includes a large meeting room, community kitchen, business/media center, ample storage, and an outdoor patio for socializing.

Additionally, K2A worked with HACSM to renovate and improve the administrative offices at Midway Village. The office project includes the expansion of the existing office building to accommodate a large conference room and file storage room, reconfiguration of the reception area, and a new open office plan.
