As Director of K2A’s Interior Design Studio, Cheryl offers over twenty-two years of professional design experience.  Her diverse practice includes projects for healthcare, hospitality, affordable housing, retail, and workplace environments, focusing on public and non-profit clients.

With a talent for programming, Cheryl works closely with clients and users to develop a clear vision for the built environment; she brings a passion for space planning and design. Cheryl is a Certified Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional, continually staying up to date on sustainable and emerging materials for interiors and furniture.

Cheryl is an active member of the California College of the Arts Alumni Board, and the International Interior Design Association, and teaches courses on materials and design at UC Berkeley Extension. With a background in fine arts and art history, Cheryl maintains a home studio practice, and is the creator of El Camino Hospital’s glass mural ‘Spring Dawn’ found in main dining room.
